375 ml bottle; corked & caged. Aroma of raspberries. Garnet/mahogany color with a decent pink/white head. Flavor starts mildly sweet, with some offsetting bitter like raspberry seed. Quite a bit of floral overtones, and there is mild acidity. Also somewhat perfumey. Certainly superior to most Belgian raspberry fruit beers.

Jul 19, 2008 Cloudy pink red. Fresh aroma of raspberries. Sweet and tart. Has a well rounded malty undertone. Simple and refreshing.

Apr 15, 2008 375ml bottle. Corked in 2005, still fresh and enjoyable in April 2008. Murky fruity red-black raspberry color. Delicious and delightful aroma. Over the top raspberry beer. This is the real deal. I’d drink this morning, noon, and night if I could afford to. Absolutely delicious beverage. This is an exceptional framboise, albeit a little sugary sweet.

Apr 15, 2008 From the bottle this poured a clear ruby body having a brownish tint to it. The modest pinkish-white head lingers none too long but the sides of the glass get well laced nonetheless. The aroma is a sweet and candy-like raspberry. The flavor tastes more like the fresh fruit, having a slightly tart twang to it.
