(375ml bottle, best by 9/07) Medium off-white head atop a clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, barnyard yeast, some peach. Taste is sugary sweet with a leaning toward peach -- no indication that this is a beer. Heck, it’s sweet for a fruit soda. Syrupy light-medium body, low carbonation. Given the absence of Belgian or other European ratings, I figure this is brewed especially for the U.S. Given how bad it is, I figure it’s because Liefmans knew better than to ruin their reputation back home.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy light beige, peach color with a nice white egg white looking head that stays. Aroma has plenty of that slightly off, musty hors blanket smell of classic lambics, the flavor on the other hand is a very sweet fruity, peach I guess, almost syrupy character. Some of that tart lambic character is there but over powered byt eh peach soda-pop. Light and lively palate. Still tasty in its own, and easy to slug down. It’s good for what it is.

Take the tropical, and remove the "tropicale" flavor, and you have the Peche. Stale, but horribly sweet, like drinking the light syrup out of a can of Del Monte peaches. Clinging on the palate and the flavor will just not go away.

(Bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of grain, straw, and fruit cocktail syrup. Flavor of frozen peaches, corn syrup, and graininess in the background. What a wasted effort...

Bottle: Golden peach color, white head, mild lacing. Nose is light, not very fruity, stale spice and sweet fruity flavor. A bit sweet and tart but overall a very unfulfilling sweet fruity beer.

Pour is faint light golden yellow with a thin but dense off white head...smell is yeast, with some funky hints but not many...sickeningly sweet flavor...thick and syrupy peach...oh my god, I thought the mango one was horrid...

Bottle. Aroma is fruit and some yeasty charecterics. Flavor is fruity and sweet, with a little tartness thrown in. After several sips, I still did not believe it was a peche. You definitely taste fruit, but peach does not jump out at you. Relatively crisp and refreshing.
