Pours slightly reddish brown with small head. Some sludge in the glass. Massively fragrant, but not sweet raspberry and malt aroma. Pronounced raspberry flavour with a very agreeable tartness. Goes down easily!

bottled. faintly hazed red with a spritzy off-pink head, full raspberry aroma with hints of green apple, some sherbet, if anything the sweetness dominates the sour character. still very tasty, though

Presentation: It was poured from a tap into a pint glass. Appearance: The body has a deep dark, nearly opaque presentation with slightly reddish/purple hue. There is some visible carbonation near the edges of the glass. At the top there is sits a tall thick pinkish/tan head. It is long lasting and make for some great lace rings on the glass. Smell: Its aroma has hints of raspberry, malt and some good funky yeast. Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor has a nice natural fruity raspberry taste mixing with a lightly sweet malt that gives a nice balance to the slight tartness of the raspberry. The touch of yeast adds some light earthy/funk and complexity. Its medium bodied with soft lightly fizzy texture and carbonation. Notes: I found this to have good balance of flavor and overall character.

Bouteille de 375 ml. Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur brune avec des reflets bourgogne et un col de mousse moyen. Au nez on respire des arômes de framboises. En bouche framboises sucrées et acides

Bubbly dark red liquid with no head. Delicious berry scent with just a hint of sourness. Sour flavour grows through the glass. Ripe dark fruit and woody flavour. Stewed strawberries and rhubarb.
