Nov 8, 2005 Honestly, I liked this beer a fair amount. Personally I thought it was very light and tart and had some good balance between the alcohol and the fruit. Although, perhaps tart isn’t something that most people want in their beer. Whether or not this was a good "beer" is still up in the air, but I thought it tasted good =).

Pours deep redish brown with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Aroma has lots of powerful, fresh and natural raspberries. Some marzipan as well. High carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Sweet raspberry flavour, medium dryness. Quite fresh and feels natural. Sweet, but I kind of enjoyed it.

Nov 23, 2007 Bottle: Poured a ruby red with pink color head. The aroma is a sweet raspberry with a jam like smell. Taste is a tangy raspberry with some malt.

Apparence: La couleur est rouge ambrée foncée avec une aible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de jus de framboise. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement vineuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence de framboise en arrière goût. (Rating #2520)

Aug 24, 2005 A very artificial aroma but the taste isn’t that bad, just a bit to sweet. I think this is the best fruitesse. (Bottle 25cl)
