| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Oct 23, 2005 A deep red beer with a pink head. The aroma is artificial with strong notes of marzipan, as well as light notes of cherries. The flavor is very sweet with lots of cherries and marzipan. JMerritt (1321), Macomb, Illinois, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 19, 2005 Sampled at Brew Ha Ha 2005. Dark red-brown with little head. Sour cherry aroma is very straightforward. Flavor is heavily dominated by cherries, accompanied by oak and sticky resin. Tart finish. My rating is probably far too generous looking at some of the other numbers here, but I personally found this enjoyable. My 900th rating at RateBeer. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jul 29, 2005 Dark red colour with small pink head. Watery body with a bubblegum-like taste, with a sour aftertaste. It remends me of cherry syrup. (Bottle 25cl) sayravai (3765), Helsinki, Finland
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jul 29, 2005 (Bottled) Very nice, deep, clear red color with a small, fading, pink head. Strong, a bit artificial and very sweet aroma of cherries. Extremely sugary-sweet cherry flavor with no sourness at all. Light to medium-bodied, very sugary palate. A straightforward, ultra-sweet dessert kriek for teenage girls’ taste. Lambic fans steer clear from this one. Mklein818 (165), Etterbeek, Virginia, Belgium
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Jul 7, 2005 You call this beer? A tragic addition to the otherwise distinguished Liefmans stable. This tasted like cherry Kool-Aid with the faintest hint of alcohol. It’s obvious that Liefmans is positioning this as some kind of quasi-beer fruit quencher, but it’s pretty scary.
