Excellent beer, I do not know whay is so underrated, but the taste is very sweet, almost like eating the cherries.

Bottled. Dark red, foamy reddish head. Cherry aroma, a bit like Lindemans Kriek. Pleasant flavour of cherry with some citric and earthy notes. It took a while to get used to the "differency" in this one, but once I took some more sips I began liking it more and more.

Pours red with a rather large pink head. Cherry aroma, what a surprise! Nice and sweet; could do with some more tartness, plus I’m not overly fond of the idea of using artificial sweetener in beer, but I must admit I like the style.

Sampled at Brew Ha Ha 2005. Dark red-brown with little head. Sour cherry aroma is very straightforward. Flavor is heavily dominated by cherries, accompanied by oak and sticky resin. Tart finish. My rating is probably far too generous looking at some of the other numbers here, but I personally found this enjoyable. My 900th rating at RateBeer.

Hazy-burgundy red color. Smells of cherries and nothing else. Taste is big time cherries and a little alcohol. This is more like carbonated fruit juice than a beer. Very easy drinking, candy like

25 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep golden imperial red to towards purple, lacing pink head. Dense cherry and mild almond aroma. Flavour is sweet, light citric and solid cherry fruity with both a little bite and mild almond note. Acidic to citric cherry lingering flavour into the finish. I honestly like this one, may be artificial but in a good way.

Bottle. Dark red brown with a small head. Aromas are dark cherries with decent sourness. Like cherrydrop sweets. Flavours are sweet and sour cherry with addictive sourness. Sweet and syrupy towards the finish with resinous tartness. Simple but tasty.
