Bottle at home. Light red with a off white head, some lacings. Aroma light/moderate malty and some sourness. Flavor light/moderate sweet. Light body, normal carbonated.

Light amber color with a beige head. Not much taste to it except of some yeast. The aroma is of fruit but then again not much of that to. Not a good example of a Belgium ale to my taste.

Golden amber with a thick off white head, and huge chunk of floaties. Nice coriander aroma, sweet malt and light corkyness. In mouth, a decent sweet malt with light coriander, orange peels, and light hops. Overall, a nice beer. Bought at Joanette’s Spring 2006. Cork was dated 2004.

Bottled. Hazy amberish orange colour, huge white foamy/creamy head, lacing. Aroma of nuts, sour fruit, caramel and weak hops. Flavour is nuts, dry citrus fruits.. Hops and sour fruits in aftertate and finish. Very pleasant beer!

Bouteille de 375 ml. Belle couleur jaune orange brumeuse, moyen collet. Arome très légé d’épice et de malte d’orge. Goût plutôt amère, peu de malte ou d’épice, plus aqueux.

Really do not know what was this beer about. Very sour and bitter at the same time. Strange foam and colour.

Cask from the Rake, se1. Orange amber in colour with no head. Weak aroma of fruit. Too weak to identify exactly which fruits. Taste of tangerine and candy peach. Sweet and flat, no fizz. Watery finish. Not impressed, but ok.

Wow, this is the mildest Belgian style ale I’ve ever had. Not always a good thing, being so soft and inoffensive, but in this case it worked fairly well. Light, slightly sour, toasty with a bit of salinity. Hint of yeast and starfruit in the nose. Cloudy and a bit flat. Not much going on, but a good session brew. A viable intro to "those wacky foreign beers," if all you drink is macro.
