Bottle... Cloudy, amber ale with a small, frothy, off-white head. The earthy, malty aroma has notes of citrus, must and very light wood. The flavor leans just a hair on the sweet side of balance with some very light citrus, wood and caramel. Medium-bodied with an astringent mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Finishes dry. I don’t quite know what they were going for here. Farmhouse? Abbey? Only the brewer knows. Odd, but not offensive.

On draught at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Hazy grey-orange colour, big creamy head. Almondy nose, medium malty and semi-sweetish. Light spicy almondy flavour with a dry profile, little caramelly feel to it. Bit thin and watery mouthfeel. Yet solid and reliable!

Bottle: Hazy, cloudy, amber coloured, thin, quickly diminishing off-white head; a tinge of toasted malt in the aroma; vinous, fruity too, some wood in the background; dry, only a bit sweetish, sourish, fruity flavour; short, fruity, a bit lingering finish. Not bad, not overwhelming, kind of a diluted Goudenband......................

Bottle, 37cl. Cloudy orange with a huge (and i really mean huge!) long lasting white head. Very lively, this beer hasn’t much aroma, a little yeasty and nothing else. Flavour is better with notes of orange and hops. Medium-light body. I must confess i was expecting a little more from this Liefmans. They should probably stick to their lambics.

Bottle. Orangy-amber color. Low carbonation. Light aroma of citrus. Nice beer but it won’t make it in my list of regulars

Cloudy amber beer with a white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of fruit and caramel. Malty and fruity flavor with a faintly bitter finish.
