Oct 22, 2007 Updated: Mar 13, 20082006 Bottle corked and caged. 375ml. Purchased at Fromagerie Atwater in Montreal. Pours orange/gold with a big creamy head. The nose was fresh sweet and yeasty. Sweet and light, really not much of a taste but not as bad as the percentage suggests. (When I bought it I hoped it would be a sour.

Oct 19, 2007 Bouteille 2006. Couleur orangée, claire, bien effervescente, mousse généreuse, bulles assez grosse, traces sur le verre. Arôme de levures, fruité et houblonné, caramel. Goût légèrement malté, pamplemousse, houblons floraux. Effervescence moyenne à forte, corps mince. Manque de corps et de complexité en bouche, mais l’oeil et le nez sauvent cette bière.

Aroma poco pronunciato, totale assenza di retrogusto. Aroma is little too, dry finish. Nice but boring and I don’t think I will come back.
