Smells of some tart dusty fruit- sweet pear, apple, along with cereal and yeast. Kind of sharp and tingly at first with a reasonable amount of fruit character. Follows with firm breadiness and spices. Pretty average but quite drinkable. french tickler (642), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

Aromas of kiwi, a hint of mint, mangos, passion fruit... in a very balanced way. Slightly over carbonated. This is a good summer beer. The fruity aromas are a bit deceiving when you get to the flavors. Creamy feel with a hint of caramel. The flavors in this beer come to a fast dry end. JensenTaster (1587), Denmark
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 15, 2006 (on bottle)Hazy orange, big bobles in a white head. Very vague, yeast aroma; very vague. High carbonated, watery and actually no specifics in taste; odd for a beer labeld "exclusif artisinal" Boring to put it mildly. altonbrownd (1930), Amsterdam, Netherlands

Dark orange color, much intense and impenetrable one with decided and fine fizz. Optimal aspect. Aged scent with notes of wine cellar, mildew, barley, fermented malt. Much rich taste for a belgian ale; fresch cinnamon aromas, yeast, stum and orange peel. Indeed amazing. pootzboy (1048), Hawgville, Ontario, Canada

Poured a clouded amber ale in the glass with a decent rocky cap which reduces to a glass lacing surface froth.
Aromas of spices, honey, grains, mustiness some pear and apple notes.
Spritzy personality from bottle conditioned natural effervescence, peppery mouth feel, bright spicey-fruity character.
Up front a quik chew on rising bread dough then a wash of fruits and spices flush the palate to balance.....more fruit and spice tones develop mid palate and mingle with a musty-bready undertone....finish is dry crisp and clean with light fruit tartness. Light bready aftertaste.
A bright less demanding Belgian ale that left me with an impression of being a cross between a pear cider and a German hefeweiss...pleasnt enough to sip on a summer evening.
