An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sour - wildfermentation? with hints of oranges and metal. The flavor is malty, slightly sour, and acidic with notes of apricot and hops. The end is dry. An OK beer without being good.

(Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured with a nice, huge head. Some fruity, spicy notes - almost tripel-like, if it wasn’t for the rather low alcohol. Some iron in the aftertaste. Decent but far from exceptional. 041196

Bottled. Clear reddish amber. Yeaty flowery nose. Medium sweet. Mild and lightly almondy. WIld yeast adds light lemony acidity and some esters. Short salty finish. Complex and unusual.

Draught at Ledig Erf in Utrecht. Not much aroma. Hazy orange colour. Bready flavour, actually a little watery. Hint of aluminium. Not as bad as it sounds, but not exciting either.
