Bottle Deep brown (near tawny), murky body. Brown, creamy head, mostly diminishing. Old malts in the aroma. Moderately sourish flavour, but not interesting at all. Ther are way better sour beers in this small world.

Final Four of ’04 - New Years Eve. 250ml bottle from Beer Temple, Brussels. Dark brown, fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity and malty. Flavour is typical of the aged brown style - sweet and fruity with some pleasent sourness and a little woody character. Love this.

dark brown colour, little chaotic foam, vinous, prune and nougat, a touch of vinegar, medium-bodied, decent sourness, the finish is quite long, fruity with more notes of vinegar and madeirisation - deeply charming

Sour cherry like aroma. Mild, malty, sourish taste. A hint of cherrys again and some woodiness towards the end. Quite nice.

Tart fruity aroma. Sour chokecherries and mild caramel malt, mild spices. Some hops. Deep red-brown clear with light tan foamy lacing head. Medium body with light-medium carbonation. Very mild taste. Starts with light malty tartness, medium acidity but not harsh. Tart acidic finish, some caramel. Some metallic quality or burnt ozone. Meaty after, with light bitterness.

Bottled: Dark amber coloured. Has a brown touch. Unclear. Brownish thin head. Malt, berries, chocolate and some "old" fruityness in the aroma. Fruit, berries and a light sourness in the flavour. Sweet flavour dominant thoug. Reminds me a little of Duchess, but by far not so good. Nice night cap. Refreshing.

(on bottle) This makes my wonder of the ambitions of the brewery. Yeah, ´cause I don´t get anything out of it. Sour cherrie and brown sugar, is the only carataristics(?) of this anonmes beer. Lots of carbonation makes it a foamy feeling with a bit of wood to the very last end.
