Dark brown with a weak head. The aroma is sour with notes of fruit. The flavour is sweet/sour, mostly sweet. It has notes of fruit and a rather dry finish. I think it’s boring, mostly perhaps because I’m disappointed. I thought this was a brown ale as the bottle says, but I think it’s more like a sweet Flemish sour....

Dark brown with a red hew & a creamy off white head. Sweet deep malty & fruity aroma. Body is medium. Nice matured taste with a pleasant sourness. Berries & light sugar. Great flemish ale!

Bottle. High off-white long lasting fluffy head. Hazy dark red body. Acidic berries aroma. Hard to describe bitteer to acidic but still relatively sweet and mild round flavor with caramel cutrys and a good deal of sugar as well. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

Burgundy pour sniffing of cherry stone fruit, almond, a dab of malt vinegar. Beige suds resolving into mould-like clusters. Mellow fruity acidity, stale oak, a tingle of sherbet. Plenty of biscuity malt in a long sweet aftertaste. Easy drinking, nicely balanced, sweetish sour ale.
