Commercial Description:
Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

Bottled 250ml. -as Liefmans Fruitbeer. Flame red coloured, small pinkish head, forrest fruits and raspberry nose. The taste is almost the same as nose is with slight metallic notes in the finish. Pleasant nose but a bit too artificial beer.

from Amstein - clear dark reddish colour with a little elusive beige foam; very strong juicy red fruity aroma, some sour notes of vinegar; fizzy and very sweet palate, medium malt body, sticky and long sweetish aftertaste of strawberries and cherries - far too sweet

The bottle in the pic (referred to as Liefmans Fruitbeer) at the Hopdevil in Zagreb
Lovely red body with a small pinkish head. A pungent fruity aroma wafted from the glass... stronger than expected and pleasant, strawberries and raspberries. Sweet, almost sugary fruity berry taste, would’ve pegged it down as artificial if not for the finish/aftertaste that gets earthier, drier, can’t really express myself but some berries do that. A fine enough fruitbeer, had far worse.

Red with a big pink head. Sweet and artificial bubblegum berry aroma. Candy sweet cherry flavour. Not for me. Rating: 1.7

On tap at You’ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding: Maybe it is a little for me after all? Intense berries, but didn’t give me the same artificial impression. Sweet with no complexity.

Bottle in the rake. Alround rating: Thin, fairly malt for a fruit beer, mixed berry fruit, seems fairly articial but not even in a good way. A poor show from liefmans.

On tap @ Accenta jaarbeurs Ghent. Mistakenly sold as Cuvée Brut which it obviously was not. Pours pink with a pinkish head. Pharmaceutical bubblegum nose, solvent. Cough syrup, cherries & strawberries. Sweet sticky mouthfeel. Too artificial.

Tap @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours a lovely, clear metallic red with a small, staying, frothy, pink head. Aroma has lots of fresh berries. Raspberries, strawberries dominate. Medium carbonation, a tad on the thin side. Flavour is lightly fruity sweet. Some dryness and a very slight tartness. Lots of berries, almost like "Rynkeby saft". But fairly fresh and natural.
