| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 4, 2009 Blind tasting at Papsø’s Black color; big head, creamy. The aroma is tarty, it reminds me of BFM; is it intentional or an infection? It’s even a bit cheesy. Good body strength, round body, with good chocolate flavor and light sourness; some sweetness and strong bitterness; well balanced; dynamic. Maybe something is wrong, but the result is surely very good. argo0 (7018), Washington DC, USA
