May 23, 2009 22 0z in lightning pilsner glass. Pours golden/yellow nice fluffy white head. nice lacing. Aroma is grain,mild citrus, sweet malt. Flavor is mild citrus, bread, lemon and honey. finishes crisp and clean. a decent pils.

Apr 18, 2009 Bomber. Medium sized white head atop a golden-yellow body. Aroma of some sweet wheaty malt and floral hops. Flavor is mildly sweet, floral but with an odd herbal note that I can’t pin down. Palate is medium and finishes relatively clean. Just too mild and and a little off overall.

Mar 26, 2009 Bomber poured a hazy gold with a small disapating white head. Aromas of bread dough, light straw and light citrus. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, straw and lemon with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Feb 21, 2009 22oz bottle from my buddy paul in SD.....pours a golden hazy orange brown, almost IPA like, with a considerable white soapy head....interesting aroma of almost resembling a saison. citrus and sweet tropical fruit, mustiness, and a sweet tartish nose.... flavors aren’t as vibrant but some of the same notes are present, however dumbdowned. some added spice and yeastiiness as well. high in carbonation with a dry finish.

Jan 4, 2009 On tap at pizza port carlsbad. Well done pilsner, on the malty side. Pour is gold/yellow with white head. Mostly grain, sweet malt, and bread, with some floral hops and notes of fruit. Clean and easy to drink.

Dec 13, 2008 Interesting. A Belgian Pilsner. Pours bright golden with a finger thick white head. Nose and flavor are spice clove and light banana along with some bready characteristics. Dry, clean hop finish.

Dec 7, 2008 Pours light gold from the bomber with a decent white head. Aroma is light dough and subtle hops. Flavor is more on the sweet side, as it tastes like a light tripel. A bit of lemon zest does not help and the Saaz hops are hardly noticeable. Not very good.
