På kran i bryggeriet 17 Okt 09. Gyldenbrunt på farge. Uklart. Pent kremaktig skum som fester seg til glasset. Duft av citrusfrukter. Litt tam smak men en aner litt banan i det fjerne. Ganske tørr avslutning. Ikke noe typisk hveteøl.

Tap at brewpub. Murky medium to dark yellow with a big white creamy head. Aroma is sweet, banana, bubblegum and yeast. Light sourness. A fresh citrus starts off the flavours, followed by a hefty bubblegum and banana sweetness and vague spicy notes, with a slightly sour, crisp finish. Body is full and creamy, but the carbonation is a bit too harsh.

On tap at the brewery20/3-2008: Yellow clowdy/hazy colour creamy head. Aroma of bubble gum, some bannana and a fruitynes in the end. Flavor was almost the same here, some sournes(Milk) was there too in the end of this strange weizenbeer. Not the best of the selection on the brewery. As the staff said, they have to make some changes , on this beer because they want moore coustumers to try a new beer. I hope they will make a new weisbeer that has moore of the typical aroma and flavor in a German Hefeweizen beer, and maybee moore body(Alc) A Nice microbrewery in Norway, who is making nice beers.

On tap at the brewpub. A cloudy, orange beer with an off-white head. Lacings. I have to say I had doubts about this one, and I was right. It’s not a bad beer, it just didn’t do it as a hefe for me. The aroma had some bubblegum in the background, as well as some kinda strange fruiytness and some cloves. Not bad at all, just wrong. The flavor was wheaty, with well-chewed bubblegum and some grainyness, but low on banana and citrus, and the cloves were missing. Rather grainy finish with some fruityness. Medium body. It’s a refreshing and drinkable beer, but it’s far from spot on, and I recommend the other beers they make. (080216)

On tap at the brewpub. Some sourness, some smokiness. More bubble gum than banana. Not very true to type. Nice, but no match for the rest of their range.

330 ml on tap@the brewpub. Firm white, medium-sized head. Cloudy orange-brown color. Quite weak aroma; wheaty with scents of dry, tropical fruits. Dry wheaty and grainy taste. Light to medium body. Dry mouthfeel. Not bad at all, but a bit neutral.

Medium white lasting head with good cling. Hazy deep orange body. Faint wheaty mealy aroma, very neutral. Dry apricot and citrus taste with mealy yeasty notes. Some fruity, caramelly, and grainy notes as well. Aftertaste is the same with herbal notes. Nice, but not a typical weizen. (0.33l draft at the brewpub.)
