Red amber beer. Tastes somewhere in between Palm and a regular pilsener. Looks don’t match with the taste.

Reddy amber body that poured a good head but didn’t stay around at all. Light caramel in the taste, pleasant bitterness, good carbonation and clean. Just seems a little thin but didn’t mind this one, wasn’t great but easily drinkable.

Medium amber-tinted head over deep amber-copper beer. Sweet malts & molasses, smelling like Brussels’ waffles, and leafy. Smells more like a (sweet) Bock than as an Alt. Bitterish-leafy taste, much better balanced than the nose, very little sweetness left. Faintly roasted & metallicfinish, but epithomizes leafiness as flavour. Then, warming up, it acquires a coriander flavour... Medium bodied, quite slick; finish is a bit watery (as well as metallic). Very peculiar Alt. But I confess as to liking the flavourprofile. Until it warmed up. Now, for a real Düsseldorfer...

30 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a huge off-white head. Fruity and mild teaish hoppy aroma. Fruity flavoured with a mild malty base. Yet dominant teaish hoppy. Light citric touch and mild bitter finish.

Malty sweet aroma. Quite fruity taste as well as parfume smell - peach, banana, orange. Roasted caramel, woody taste. Not much hops detectable but is little herbal bitter. Medium carbonated. Bit metallic taste. Dark copper color.
