300 ml bottle. From Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Hazy pale yellow colour with tiny white head. Wheaty, malty, fruity (citrus) and slightly sour aroma. Wheaty, grainy, malty flavour with some sweet, sour and bitter notes. Very malty Witbier.

Tap, someplace in Amsterdam.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Becomes a thin film. Very soft aroma, sweet wheat and a hint of lemons. Highish carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit weak as well, but not bad. Light sweetness, a touch grainy with light spice and lemons. Okay, but a little too weak on all accounts.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, cardboard, paper, light to moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tea. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091004]

Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy yellow with a firm white head. Citrusy and spice aroma - not really coriander though. Medium body, dry and yeasty with accents of tea! Dry and almost astringent. A very different take on a Belgian Wit - but quite fresh. 041009

Bottle. Pale blonde, hazy. Soft citrusaroma. Milky citrus flavor with vegetable notes. Hint of coreander. Thin. Anis and coreander in the finish. Not really great.

Bottled@8BeerQuickPicnic. Hazy yellow colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is acidic wheat, some spices and also lemony notes. Flavour quite matching with some slight more fruityness. Earthy and acidicly dry aftertaste.

Tap at Heffer, Amsterdam: Hazy yellow thirstquenching brew from Lindeboom, but there are worser Witbiers.

On tap at De Deugniet Café, Amsterdam.
Nice radioactive pale green coloured (I’m sure it glows in the dark), small white head, light vinous nose. Malty, acidic wheaty and lemony taste with notes of green apple. Some spicyness in the finish.
