Hazy yellow with next to no head. Aroma and taste of both apple and cinnamon. Fairly sweet. Decent fruit lambic but probably not worth the cost.

Shared this with oldrtybastrd. This pours yellow/orange like cider. The apple aroma and taste are overwhelming. Reminds me of a jolly rancher. This is very sweet.

750 ml. bottle. This is overwhelmingly apple. Nose of apple, tastes of apple, reminds me of apple cider. I think they may have met the style, but I don’t like the style at all. 11/16/2008

Bottle: Pours a hazy golden orange with a dense white head. The aroma is sweet with candied green apples and jolly rancher candies. Has soft carbonation, with a simple flavor. Sweet and tart green apple are abundant, making it seem syrupy and masking any Lambic qualities the base beer may offer. Overly sweet, like many of the Lindemans’ Fruit Lambics.
