375ml corked bottle bought in Brussels and brought back to the US where is was closet-aged for a year or so. Imbibed on March 9, 2008, Casper’s last day. Casper was the best. Endless salutations. This beer is great, I remember the first time I had it, in a hotel in Brussels, a hell of a bargain by today standards, I drank it room temperature. Much more enjoyable cold. Sweet cidery taste, but a much creamier body. If you were into ciders this would blow you away. Great stuff for what it is. Go Belgium.

I liked this stuff, but then again, I like sweet and sour candy. Cloudy apple-juice color with a foamy, frothy head that lasts. Thick lacing. Nose of tart and sour apple. Sweet/tart/sour apple taste. Apple aftertaste. Apple, apple, apple! Yet, not bad.

Bottle Pours out a hazy gold topped with a small head. Aroma of well lets see APPLE and so sweet. Tast of the classic Jolly Rancher sour apple. Very tasty if you like apples. This is one of the first brew my wife said I would like to tast that again some time.

Pours a cloudy wheat yellow color with only a small film of a head. Nose is instant jolly rancher apple candies, somewhat sugary but also a little sour, along with a lighter wheat and cream note. Body is medium to full, very little acidity but a decent tartness and mustiness. Flavor is creamed apple candies and wheat, overall quite simple and unexciting, different, for sure, but that doesn’t exactly score a lot of points when it tastes like sour apple candies.

Hazy blond coloured beer with medium white head. Fruity aroma (apple). Full sweet palate. Finish is very sweet. Typical fruit beer.
