| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 30, 2008 Bottled. Poured cloudy gold, off-white head. Sour nose--think Apple Jolly Ranchers. Flavor was overly sweet up front, like apple juice concentrate. Tart finish was like Jolly Ranchers. Perhaps apples aren’t the right choice for flavoring Lambics. durhambeer (1229), Durham, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 27, 2008 Pours a cloudy straw color with a medium sized creamy white head and some spotted lacing. Nose is pure apples and maybe some sugar. Taste is appley, sugar, and has a nice tart finish. I really like this beer because the funkiness of lambics is really well hidden. Remindes me of caramel apples suckers. Aquilo (279), California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 25, 2008 First thing I noticed was that there was a standard beer cap - and then a cork, which I thought was a bit pretentious. Smells like apple candy. I have a horrible sweet tooth, so to me it smells wonderful. The flavor though, is definitely too sweet. It just tastes like apple candy, and has no subtlety at all. It also has the color of apple juice, with a thin white head. Finish is kinda sticky. smith4498 (921), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 25, 2008 Pours hazy golden yellow with white head. Aroma of sour apple. Tastes like sweet and sour apple juice. Nice and tart. Medium body with average carbonation. This is my favorite of the Lindemans fruit lambics. esox (273), Oulu, Finland
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Bottled. Minimal head is soap-like foamy. Liquis is hazy and deep yellow to light orange in colour. Aromas are green apples that are fermented and yeasty. Almost like sweet apple cider with some extra yeast. Maybe there is hints of vanilla? There’s not much left of the sourness of unsweetened lambic. Quite pleasant muothfeel though, light enough to be refreshing and without being watery. To be served very chilled in a hot summer day. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Okay, so I like cider as well. This is a fun drink as Lindemans proves it can work well with two things: sourness and fruit, and green apples are the perfect conduit. Well done, if you like fruit beer. EHSRanders (1121), Randers C, Denmark
