| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 13, 2008 Had this at a Beer Fest. Lambic no.1, and it’s great. I always kind of wondered the appeal of a lambic, and now I know. It’s aromatically perfect, with definitive notes of green apple. Appearance is yellowish, carbonated of course. Flavor is undeniablly green apple. Palate is very mildly carbonated. Awesome! Some how had the feel that this wasn’t a beer, but I loved it anyway. cheeta (904), Langå, Denmark

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 9, 2008 Bottle poured into flute- poured semi transparent tan with gold element, light carbonation, whisp thin white head bubbled away. Thick aroma of cut granny smith apples and fructose. Hits the mouth with a defined thin body, apple is both sweet and sour, some acidity on the tongue midswallow, finish has a slight note of sourness. Easy drinker, but I’m bias because I like green apples. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a small, frothy white head.
Smell: Sweet-smelling aroma of green apples, baby!
Taste: The taste of artificially-flavored apple candy with an unrelenting sweetness. Juicy, cheek-pulling acidity. Puckering tart finish. Best cider I’ve had in awhile!
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Apple cider plus a cup of sugar. Some would say you have a recipe for disaster, but you really just have a recipe for Lindeman’s Pomme. Hank1980 (776), Athens, Georgia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Poured from a large bottle, capped and corked. Appearance was a greenish gold color with a big quickly dissapating head. Aroma of sour apple candy. I thought Jolly Rancher described it best, though some others said Now and Later. Taste was also very sweet with the bitter candy apple giving a fair tart balance. Very little yeasy character. If in a blind tasting, I might have had trouble distiguishing this from a sweet cider.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 1, 2008 Bottle, 750. Smells kind of like a clean cider; sour apple predominates. Flavor is sort of sweet/sour, and comes off closer to a sour ale than a lambic since the apple character is so dominant. At times it became a bit syrupy. Overall, if you’re not offended by the lack of funk and vinegary/tart lambic character, doesn’t make a half bad treat.
