Bountiful aroma of tart apple and sour malt, crisp and snappy. An earthy yeastiness showed up near the end. Cloudy, deep, golden yellow with a thin bubbly white head and medium lacing. Smooth tartness with a sweet kick. Medium bodied with a long pleasant finish. Flavor is primarily green sour apple and musty malt. It’s dry, sweet, and tart altogether in a mellow blending of taste. Reminds me of a fermented version of the Apple Jolly Rancher candies. A nice refreshing Lambic, this is much, much better than their Kriek. If the cost were a little less, I would keep more of this around. ElGaucho56 (393), USA

Bottle bought in La Roche-en-Ardenne.] This is heavy sweet and almost too much. Funny to see that it also has got some very high notes. It must have been sampled on a hot summerday. Anyway, notes of green perfumed apples, candy apple, hardly swallowed and flavor is like a cider. Good for my rabbit! vtisza (8), Belgium does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 19, 2007 The bottle looks like a champagne and there is realy a cork in it. Tasty fruit beer, like a fizzy apple juice. mjg74 (2000), La Mesa, California, USA

Sweet apple aroma. Like a green Jolly Rancher. Very sweet candy apple flavors. Like liquid apple sugar. Nice a refreshing. I do like a good cider and this is kind of like a lot of US American ciders I’ve tried. mtoast (316), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Oct 13, 2007 On tap. Pours an almost very light green shade of yellow, fluffy white foam, decent retention and lacing. Smells like a green apple jolly rancher. Tastes like one too. Easily the most offensive of the Lindeman’s lineup, was like sour apple syrup. 37steel (186), St. Charles, Illinois, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2007 Flute poured from a 75cl bottle. Pours a light yellow green, almost no head. Aroma of green apples. Flavour was not overly strong with apples but seemed a little watery. Just pick the Framboise with dessert.
