Strong "apple drink" smell, a bit of toilet, honey bread, light spice, interesting aroma that is quite fragrant. Mulled apple flavours, clovey apple cider, yeasty and tart. Tasty but too much like an apple cider. Very drinkable. Finishes with a thick sourness. gyllenbock (311), Stockholm, Sweden

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2009 Pours a pale yellow with a one finger sized head. The aroma is of red and green apples, almost artificial. Gala, golden delicious, and granny smith on the nose. No sourness or malt on the nose. The taste is sweet and slightly tart. Once again, all apples. There really isn’t much going on here. Nice mouth feel. This beer on the other hand, not so nice. derekbrown (17), Greenville, North Carolina, USA

Very easy drinking, almost session-like as far as atmosphere/feeling it creates. Head didn’t keep as well as I would’ve liked, nice golden body color. LanceUppercut (133), Sweden
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 26, 2009 A nose of apples and apple-jam. Taste is pretty straightforward and contains apples, mint and a slightly artificial tone. It’s a little bit acidic, dry and very drinkable! presario (3001), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 13, 2009 Bottle. Poured into a Lindemans flute. Dark straw with a permanant white head. Strong up front aroma of green apples. big sniff brings in the more cheese and lambic character than sour apple. Best served in small samples before or after dinner than pints on the patio. Apple is nice although not as strong as expected although some sips seem to have that first bite taste. Sour but not puckeringly so. An enjoyable treat. phaleslu (557), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 12, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Not sure if this was supposed to be sour apple or just apple because the aroma and flavor are pretty mild for apple, more like cider than the sour apple I was expecting. Some yeast and sugar to go along with the apple flavor. Crisp, tart, light to medium in body, finishes dry and tart. I remember liking the other Lindemans better and my girlfriend absolutely loves them so I’ll get to compare those sooner or later. Rustyham (585), miami, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 7, 2009 Glorious smell and flavor, but i wish it was thicker and more sour. The framboise is more sour than the sour apple- that doesn’t make a lick of sense. Still always a great beer to introduce to newbs.
