On tap at Games. Very cloudy yellow with thin wispy white head. Awesome green apple aroma and flavor. Really one-sided in taste department, but not too sweet where it would be stomach-turning. I would love to drink this one all morning on a workday. If I was hungover, I would ease my way into normalcy by downing a few glasses of this. Doesn’t taste anything like a true beer (malts + hops), but made for a nice tasty few pints at the pub. I’d love to get this stuff for a kegerator in my home and serve it with every meal.

On tap at the Sharp Edge. Hazy gold, white head. Aroma is tart green apple pie. Flavor is the same. This lambic has an authentic apple taste where other lambics and fruit beers tastes like chemical apple.

I must have gotten a bad bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with some white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Nose is, surprise, surprise - apple. To me it already reminds me of an apple Jolly Rancher. Reminds me too much of the candy and lacks maturity. Taste is nasty. Tastes like sour apple. Like that candy was melted and morphed into a drink. It gets more tolerable as times goes on, as is typical with Lindemans brew. But really. Eck. You might as well put this in a bottle and let your kid drink it as apple juice, if it weren’t for the alcohol in it. No way am I going to be able to finish this bottle...or an inch more of what is in the glass. Horrid. The only thing I can think that would save this is a proper pairing with food.

The beer was cloudy yellow-orange with light foam and had the aroma of green apples. Mildly earthy sour green apple flavor. Very refreshing not too sweet.

Bottle. Hazy orange gold with a small head. Aromas are apple juice. Flavours are apple juice with some citrus sourness. OK, but not a lot going on.

(bottle, thanks Akevitt) Pours a cloudy gold color with a white head. Aroma of baked apples, apple cider, and some brown sugar. Taste is somewhat tart but also sweet with a finish of buttered apples.

[Bottle, thanks akevitt] Pours a very cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is of tart apple. Taste is very similar to a green apple jolly rancher. Not the highest quality lambic, but very drinkable nonetheless.

Light sour apple nose with minimal funk. cloudy orange-yellow with white head around the edges. Sweet apple flavor with a little tartness. Tastes better than many cider’s I’ve had.
