The aroma of fresh apple juice prevailed - think Tree Top as you take in the aromatic essences here. The body was medium-light with a rather smooth carbonation and a juicy texture. The flavor starts off with a slight sour kick which quickly fades. The finish is average in length with the sweetness of the apples taking over toward the end. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA

Pours hazy amber with a short white head that fades quickly back to a ring. Aroma is straight granny smith apples. Flavor is much the same granny smith apples. Somewhat sour with some slight sugar sweetness on the finish. Quite cider-like. Carbonated mouthfeel tickles your tongue. ChazMania (412), Pasadena, California, USA

I had never had a Lambic, tasted a friends and thought "my wife will love it" so I bought her one of these. She really likes it. For me, it is definetly sweet. It has a Martenellis flavor. Nice taste for a few sips but to sweet for me to enjoy over and over. swoopjones (1915), Buffalo, New York, USA

Ok but a bit too sweet for me. Their framboose is the best I have had thus far. bluevegie (2201), Perth, Australia
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 2, 2007 Sweet green apple aroma that is a little artificial. Taste follows suit, not too heavy sweetness but probably one would be enough. Hazy straw colored body with good size white head. BeerandBlues2 (3216), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
