| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 16, 2009 On tap at flying saucer. Pours a cloudy orange with a large creamy white head that leaves behind good sticky white lacing along the glass. The aroma is a sour fruit and tart. Medium mouthfeel with a sour apple taste. Very smooth And easy to drink. A very good lambic. yemenmocha (363), Glendale, Arizona, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Aug 15, 2009 Beautiful light golden color, slightly hazy, with large rocky head with good lace all the way down. Nose is straightforward apples, apple cider-y, and a sharp miscellaneous citrus zing in there too. Palate offers a great sweet ’n sour flavor with apple as the focus, and the yeasty bready flavors are there to complement nicely. Finish is long and sweet, and is very appetizing. finol (503), Nacka (Stockholm), Sweden

Apples and vanilla. To sweet and candy like to be a beer, it’s more like a semi-dry cider.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 31, 2009 Pours a yellow-orange color. Moderate white head that dissipates quickly. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is strong Granny Smith apple. You can smell it a mile away. Flavor is similar with a hint of tartness and lots of sugar. Really cloyingly sweet. The first couple sips were OK, but the sweetness quickly dominated whatver else might be going on there. Just couldn’t get into this one. dmac (1466), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 23, 2009 355 ml bottle. Poured an ugly murky light brown with a smaller bright white soapy head. Aroma is all apple and reminds me of sour green apple Jolly Rancher candies. Flavor is very similar and I’m really digging it. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and finish. I know this isn’t the most traditionally produced lambic but I can’t help it really like this stuff. IDunno19 (78), Ames, Iowa, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2009 Pours an almost cheap color with a white head. Well carbonated with notes of green apple, yeast, oak, and malt. Flavor was a bit thinner than other Lindeman’s lambics but it was still delicious. Nose full of yeasty apple.
