Dec 23, 2006 From capped and corked 750. Pours a yellow/orange with white head. Nose is sweet apple core and candied apple. Flavor follows with a slightly dry finish. Palate is smooth, although the aftertaste lingers a bit.

Dec 22, 2006 Pours an apple cider color. The head is thin and white. The aroma is very tart/sweet apple. The flavor is not complex. tart, bitter apple. The palate and finish is carbonated and crisp.

Dec 17, 2006 On tap at Landmark. Cloudy yellow color. Smell of apple, malt, minor hops and candy. It smells like the Johnny Appleseed green little candies I used to eat when I was little. Taste of Sour apples, candy, hints of yeast, cinnamon and very sour and tart at the end.

Dec 13, 2006 This $7.50 bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foam with a frothy top bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy dark yellow colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was malty and apply. The dry mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of tart apples. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

Dec 4, 2006 Tasy lambic that is on the candy sweet side of green apple. Do not expect it to have the sourness and character of a Cantillon, but it is good for what it is - a dessert beer.

Dec 4, 2006 Hazy blond color with a greenish shadow. Aroma of green apples, then cereals. Very light beer taste, mixed with apple juice; medium sweet. The mix is balanced and the beer is refreshing and drinkable.

Dec 4, 2006 Bought for my wife who loves the Peche. The aroma is of sour apple jolly ranchers and McIntosh with a slight hint of malt. It is a little thin in body and the flavors do not blend well. It is sweet and tart (a plus) but just doesn’t finish well. It was ok but the least favorite of their flavors for me so far.

Dec 3, 2006 bottle at the Fort Wayne tasting - Pours hazy gold with a thin head. The aroma has lots of sour apples. The flavor is rather like a light cider, very sweet and tart. I definitely enjoyed it despite the similarity to juice or cider.
