A lot of apple in the aroma - in fact, it tasted a lot like apple juice. Thick and sour and not too carbonated. Nice, but you wouldn’t know it is beer. pilsnerrogge (1784), Finspång, Sweden

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 21, 2006 This fruit-Lambic pours a slightly hazy apricot color from a 12oz cork and capped bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is green apples, candi sugar and fruity sweet. A medium to light bodied lambic. Lots of green apple flavors. Very sweet, almost cloyingly sweet, but there is a touch of tartness that keeps it just this side of being a Jolly Rancher. There is at ouch of malt, but not much. Not a lot of funk or tartness either. Its not quite a cider and its not a alco-pop, but I would be hard pressed to figure the beer character in here. In that respect its more typical of a Lindemans fruit lambic. I just wish it were a little more tart… Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet. merlin48 (516), New Tazewell, Tennessee, USA

Some patchy sheet lacing. Aroma is apple cider and tart green apples with a hint of bubblegum. Tastes like green apple bubblegum with a note of lambic acidity. Some slight mustiness, but grows a bit cloying. Not as pleasant as the brewery’s other fruit lambics but still a solid effort. beervana (781), Libertyville, Illinois, USA

Poured hazy yellow with small white head. Soft carbonation. Green apple aroma. Medium bodied lambic that starts with light malt sweetness and tangy sour green apple flavor. Finished with green apple flavoring. Quite tasty as an aperitif, particularly if you like green apples like I do.
