Tap. Notes of grain, flowers, vinegar and a big hit of fresh apple. Head is large, frothy, white with good lacing and is fully lasting. Color is murky light amber. Flavor starts ligthly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes moderately acidic. Palate is light to medium, watery and has lively carbonation. An interesting drink, just not my kind of beer.

750ml Bottle purchased at Rozi’s in Lakewood. Felt like going Lambic tonight, need some good yeasty brews to liven things up. Pour is a nice slightly hazy golden with a thin head. Aroma is like green sour apple jolly ranchers. Only after getting well beyond that is there a subtle farmhouse note, but not much. Flavor is really sweet, very appley, and tangy. This is just a bit too sweet.

Cloudy, light yellow beer, with medium white head. Lot of green apples in the aroma, sugar and applegum. Flavour is not so sweet than aroma: civilized, biting apple, slightly sour and nice balanced. Sticky and quite nice to drink. Nice beer with very lot of green apples that surprises me with balanced sweetness.

Crushed with Jakebra at Falling Rock. Could smell the apples from across the bar as the dude pulled it from the tap. Great aroma. Flavor is too sweet especially in the finish but it’s still pretty awesome.

Poured a yellow, small head with little retention. Very bubbly. Aroma was of tart apples. Tasted of tart apples and slightly sour finish. Not bad, not great.

From bottle, sweet yellow with white head, extremely bubbly, aroma is mainly of apple acidity and some guava notes, flavor of cider, sweet to sour taste with nice hoppy pungent finish. Better than my expectation of such combination.

Rather pale in color and a thin head becomes present when poured. Very lively carbonated. Smells of apple and pretty much tastes of apple. That’s about it.

bottle, pours hazy orange with a tall white head. Smells and tastes like an apple jolly rancher. Mild sour finish. Too sweet for me.
