| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 25, 2009 Clear golden in colour with a large off-white head, good lacing. The aroma is sweet, green apples and some white grapes. The flavour is of green apples, only lightly acidic, dry with some sweetness. Dry mouthfeel, medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long with some apple tartness.
Its actually not all that bad but maybe apples don’t really work in lambics or maybe its just Lindemans.
