On tap at made in the shade festival in flagstaff az. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sour apples, and yeast. Flavor is tart apples, with some sweetness to balance it out. I like lindemans for bringing this style to the masses, but ther e is much that could be improved upon.

Oct 2, 2008 strong Granny Smith aroma, VERY apple flavor with a biting aftertaste. Its too appley and seems like a tart apple treat more than an easy drinking alcoholic beverage, and I LIKE cold beverages...

Sep 9, 2008 0.25L bottle. Almost no head, murky yellow colour, aroma of sour apple and cinamon, strong carbonation, taste of apple which is quite one dimensional. The sweetness is not sickly but steel unappealing, aftertaste is sour but quite short, with a strange dry sensation left in the throat.
Can’t decide exactly whether this is a beer, an unappealing soft fizzy drink, or a boring cider. Whatever it is, i think apple is best left out of lambics.

Sep 8, 2008 Bottle from Dranken Geers. Cloudy gold, thin white head. Lots of sweet green apple. It’s a sweet apple drink. I mean it’s just like the blackcurrant one, but with sweet green apple instead.

Sep 3, 2008 Draft @ Fat Heads. Pours a murky, pulpy dull peachy/grapefruit color; thin off-white head. Apple Jolly Ranchers, crisp apples, and slight mustiness and tartness in the aroma; touch overripe, but nice. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: lots of apples, Jolly Ranchers, and candied apples; lightly tart; certainly not anything close to authentic, but solid fruit character, and I’ve never been steered awry by an apple Jolly Rancher; lightly tart and dry, and quite pleasant overall. Medium finish: overripe apples, Jolly Ranchers, and touches of sugar.

Sep 2, 2008 Very sweet and tart beer with a highly carbonated body. Fresh and a bit candy-ish. Kind of enjoyable in its simplicity.
