Dec 31, 2009 Bottle into flute glass that came with it. Pours a light, hazy gold with a thick fizzy head. The taste is of sour apples with a little sweetness. Palate is a quickly fading bitterness. I was glad that it wasn’t as sweet as the other Lindemans I’ve had, but it’s flat and unidimensional. Decent, but there’s better out there.

Dec 25, 2009 12 oz bottle poured into a Lindeman’s lambic glass. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a nice medium sized long lasting white head. It has the strong but pleasant aroma of fresh apples along with a slight candy apple aroma. It has a very nice green apple tartness along with a good bit of apple sweetness to it. It has a wine like taste and tastes a lot like a really good cider. The carbonation is champagne like. This is damn nice for an after dinner beer but I couldn’t drink much more than one. This was definitely worth trying and I think I’d like to try Lindemans other lambics. I would definitely drink this one again.

Dec 15, 2009 Smaken är frisk, vätskan har en god syrlig/surhets-balans, och bakteriekulturen i denna är mycket mindre främtredande än i Timmermans. Fin eftersmak, men jag tyckte den ger en lite metallisk eftersmak som tyvärr är lite störande.

nice tartness and complexity but I don’t really care for the sweet-apple accent.
at least it’s not as sweet as their framboise and kriek.
