Dec 11, 2007 Trata-se de uma fruit lambic com muito mais personalidade e sabor que outras do tipo "Chapeau". Creme vermelho intenso. Forte, encorpada, aveludada, doce na medida, leve e agradável amargor. No paladar se sente o cassis intensamente, parece que você está comendo a fruta. No final, lúpulo. Recomendo.

Purple and a fizzy head. Aroma pure blackcurrant. Taste also very blackcurranty. Sharp and blackcurrant. Very fruit-juicy. The bottle says "serve at 2-3C", which is absurd. Not particularly lambicy or beery. Not complex. Just blackcurrant.

Nov 24, 2007 Dark cherry, slightly medicinal flavor with funky, musty notes, this lambic is comfortably drinkable — if you don’t mind acidity. Murky red pour with soap bubble, pink head. The nose is musty, drity, cobwebby with a strong note of chery. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately tart and highly acidic. Sweet finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Nov 23, 2007 750ml capped, corked bottle: Hazy ruby pour with a dish soap head. The aroma is fresh black cherries with an almost cough drop sweetness to it. The body starts sour, the tartness of the cherry juice numbs the sides of the tongue. As the tart subsides, light oak appears. The black cherry quickly takes the forefront again, making this beer pretty one dimensional. Meh.

Nov 20, 2007 Interesting purple our with a thick, foamy lavender head. Aroma o sour yeast, currants. Flavor is a bit more tart than Lindeman’s other offerings, but pleasant nonetheless. Not bad.
