emerica56 (434), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA Mar 23, 2008 It looks like a red merlot with a thick head and spotted red laceing along the sides of the glass. The nose has a seasalt breeze with strong black currants and a sour funk. The flavor is very strong initially with sour dark fruits on the tip of the tounge and sweet juice syrup along the side walls of my mouth. There is a real lot of carbonation as it tingles and pops on your tounge. I do enjoy the sweet tart finish of all the dark fruit and some hints of flaked barley and the wild yeast funk.
