One of the extras sampled at the Sam Smith tasting at Blacklick Wine and Spirits on 2.6.09. Pours a semi-opaque amber with a thin white head. Aroma of vinegar, wild yeast and tart fruit. Flavor is WHOA, surprisingly sweet. Still, there is some fruity tartness of apple and berries. Not bad overall.

Bottle at Christophe’s house in Tervuren. Copper body, tan head. Nose of fruit and sour apples. Sweet and fruity taste, including apples. Way too sour for me but appreciate the work put into it.

250ml bottle. Fruity and sweet aroma, little sourness, too. White head, dark cloudy copper colour. Taste is very fruity and sweet, perhaps too sweet. Palate is round, all over mouth -like.

375ml via trade a ways back. Shared with dalekliz. Pours dark cloudy brown with a tan head. Nose is funky and very sugary. Taste is sweet and sugary and slightly tart. Faros are always so strange, i look forward to eventually having one on tap.
