But even i am not always in the mood for full on vinegar. But i have to say its not the best, and generally draught versions are a lot better. Still very yummy though xxx Immy (1911), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA

Pours like dark apple juice, thin white head. Funky, lightly tart, sweet nose, apple and wood. Flavor follows the nose, rather dry. Nice! BMan1113VR (2897), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 9, 2008 I like this a lot, even though I am not a big fan of lambics. Pours with a small, white, fizzy head that lasts and produces some lacing. Darkish golden body. A nice balanced funk in the nose with apples, wood, some fresh cut grass and spices. Taste is quite sweet, like a ton of sugar was added to lemon juice and cider. A bit of butteryness when it comes to temperature. Dry mouth, like champagne, with delicate bubbles. cyrenaica (440), Milton, Ontario, Canada

I tried this beer on February 29, 2008 at The Beer Bistro in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent dark red with a thin white head. The aroma was fruity, with very little if any hints of malt or hops. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and very champagne like. The flavour also had a champagne feel, and was very sweet with some subtle sour hints to balance out the sweetness. LooseCannon (936), Norfolk, Virginia, USA
