Huge berry nose, sugar crystals too, copper, a small tan head. Taste is a softer sweetness then the aroma indicated, fruit is less pronounced also. Light bodied, very refreshing. My first Faro! Thanks Brian Morin.

Itīs winous, has rubber, rassin, sweet malt and strawberries. Flavor is very sweet and smooth. Itīs almoust like a champagne. Malty. Candy. It workes nice with some chocolat and coffe. Or as an appertif.

Amber with a low head. Sugary and dry aroma and flavour like an Asti with a bit of nuts and wood. The perfect beer for too much summer heat.

37,5 cl bottle Deep copper colour, perfect head which leaves a smooth small bubbled layer til the end. gorgeous smooth vinegar nose. i cant help it, i really like faro lambics, even though i always feel a bit cheated since its just lambic with sugar. But even i am not always in the mood for full on vinegar. But i have to say its not the best, and generally draught versions are a lot better. Still very yummy though xxx

25cl bottle from madsberg - thanks Mads! Best by 290808. Pours like dark apple juice, thin white head. Funky, lightly tart, sweet nose, apple and wood. Flavor follows the nose, rather dry. Nice!

I like this a lot, even though I am not a big fan of lambics. Pours with a small, white, fizzy head that lasts and produces some lacing. Darkish golden body. A nice balanced funk in the nose with apples, wood, some fresh cut grass and spices. Taste is quite sweet, like a ton of sugar was added to lemon juice and cider. A bit of butteryness when it comes to temperature. Dry mouth, like champagne, with delicate bubbles.

I tried this beer on February 29, 2008 at ’The Beer Bistro’ in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent dark red with a thin white head. The aroma was fruity, with very little if any hints of malt or hops. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and very champagne like. The flavour also had a champagne feel, and was very sweet with some subtle sour hints to balance out the sweetness.
