Commercial Description:
It's made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

(50cl bottle, supermarket) Amber colour, small rocky beige head. Aroma of fruits, sweetness, yeast, earth, sugar, light malts and alcohol. Sweet with light acidic notes taste, wood, fruits. Long dry aftertaste. Medium body.

Bottled. Clear amber coloured with a small off white head. Acidic aroma with notes of fruits, apples and wood. Sweet flavour of wood and fruits with acidic notes. Dry woody finish.

On eof the best beers I drank these years !! Sweet taste and a plaesure to see it sparkling in my glass.

Dark golden with a small head. Fresh aroma with lots of lemon, and perhaps some metal? Sweet flavour with some fruity acid underneath. Refreshing, but a little sweet for my tastes.

#1@basen. Brown beerlike colour. Notes of some kind of acid (hydrochloric acid I think). Long, creamy and sweet aftertaste. Perfect on a hot sunny day. Gotta get a few more of these..
