Pours dark amber (morning urine) with absolutely no head. Still lots of carbonation, though. Heavy, sweet aroma. Nice fresh tartness without being mouthpuckering, and very sweet which will not appeal to some. I like sweets.

Fairly common here (south of france) on draught. Tart, fruity (apply) aroma. Sweet, tart and fruity flavour, no puckering, a clear hit of caramel. Thoroughly refreshing. I’ll take it any day over the yellow lagers everybody else in the bar seems to consider refreshing.

Bottle. Browny orange of colour, hazy with thin head. Sweet aroma of candy sugar and malts.Taste is very sweet, somewhat sticky with some yeast at the end. Not bad, even though I find it a bit too sweet.

Bottle with cork. Poured dark copper color with an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Good barley wheat & yeast aroma. Medium body with tingly texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy sweet fruity flavor with a solid fruit and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout lambic.

Bottle, 4.2%. Nicely acidic and woody aroma. Hazy amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and acidic. Very clean, of course quite sugary. Good fruity acidity. Refreshing.

Received a 375ml bottle via trade with MrBunn. Pours a hazy orange amber brew with a thin off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of sweet candi sugar, pears, a hint of peach and wintergreen. Taste is medium bodied, plenty of carbonation with flavors of overly sweet pears, wintergreen, some tart cherries, and mild spice. Finish continues the sweet characterwith some yeast and tart fruit after the finish. A pleasant surprise for a faro.

Bottle. Pours hazy ruby with a medium tan head. Aroma is sweet, sugar candy with notes of wood and humid cellar. Flavour is fruity, honey and caramel - pretty sweet and with a metallic aftertaste.

Fizzy off white head and sparkling amber body. Very sweet nose, some berries, but mostly peppermint and rock candy. Taste is honey and sweet caramel, but tied in with a light sourness. Cherry and raspberry. Usual syrupy crisp palate. I love everything ive tried from this brewer.
