Nov 22, 2009 Aroma of fresh raspberries. Appearance was red with creamy off red head. Flavor of fresh, tart raspberries. Palate was smooth and slightly lively. A nice dessert\leisure beer, try it with a brownie!

Nov 21, 2009 Bottle. Pours with a huge pink head over a vivid red body. A tart berries aroma, a sweet and tart rasberry taste, not strongly acid. A thin mouthfeel.

Nov 11, 2009 Pours a dark translucent red. Tiny pinkish head. Minimal retention. Great lacing.
Smell is sweet raspberries. Not much else here at all.
Sweet raspberries hit your tongue, hard. Fresh flavor, not artificial. Slight tartness follows and then finishes nicely sweet.
Great mouthfeel with just about perfect carbonation. Nice and creamy.
I find this to be the most balanced of all of the Lindemans fruit lambics. It is also highly drinkable, for a dessert beer, or anytime.

Nov 9, 2009 37.5cl bottle; a month past BB date: The aroma is very raspberry-sirupy, faintly woody and citric with notes of honey and sour cherries. Dark red colour with a disappearing white head. Very sweet flavour, again reminding me of honey which is OK, I don’t mind heavily sweet beverages once in a while. Not much complexity, the sourness is reduced to a slight tickling, far from being puckering. The overall berry-fruitiness seems a bit artificial, a little like kids medicine. Quite decent and fun to drink.

Nov 8, 2009 12 oz. bottle, split with my dad on 11/7/09. Sweet, tart, raspberry smell. Very sweet, candy scents. Salty smell with a touch of vinegar. Remarkable but not complex aroma. Pours a bright, glowing red to magenta color. Moderate amount of pink head. Cloudy liquid with suspeneded particulate. Nice lacing. Impressive, unique appearance. Tart, winey taste. Hint of raspberry. Too sugary. Cardboard aftertaste. Light to medium body. Tangy in the palate. Not easy to drink.

Nov 4, 2009 Sample #8 at 1st CST. Pours a pretty blood red with a big fluffy fizzy purple head. Aroma of raspberry jelly, halls cough drops, sweet but true. Super sweet flavor, dessertish, raspberry jelly, true raspberry flavors, enjoyable and well crafter, just not really much of a lambic. Medium bodied, not sticky at all, a bit syrupy and cloying though.
