Apr 1, 2008 Intense raspberry Jello on the nose. Slightly hazy blood orange color with a fluffy pink head that lasts forever. Intensely sweet raspberries, with a nice sour finish for balance. Well-carbonated and has a mouth feel like chewing fresh raspberries, yet finishes clean.

Mar 30, 2008 (25cl bottle) Hazy, red coloured hue with a medium-sized, slowly lacing pink foamy head. Sweet, slightly syrupy and strong raspberry-fruity nose with a light acidic background. Sour and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Acidic raspberry-fruity taste with a faint lambic-character; sourish and slightly sweet and syrupy fruity finish. Truly nice, although not that elaborated fruit lambic (30.03.08).

Mar 30, 2008 Red color with a pink head. Sweet with a strong raspberry flavor. Good as lambics go. Tastes more like a dessert than a beer. Not something you want to drink more than one of at a time, but enjoyable.

Mar 26, 2008 Pink with a low head. Aroma of raspberries and sugar. The flavour is very sweet - the complete opposite of for example Cantillion - with a lot of sugar, raspbeery and a bit of acidity.

Mar 25, 2008 Pours dark pinkish purple with light pink head. Aroma is all raspberries. Tastes like a wine cooler or raspberry soda, good if thats what you are looking for. Very sweet and tart. Is this a beer? This is my first lambic and I hope that others are not like this.

Mar 24, 2008 Pours a slightly cloudy ruby-red with a pink head, aroma is pungent jolly-rancher, berry, very sweet. Tastes syrupy and tart, articifial raspberry, milky with a touch of yeast. Body is thick and, again, syrupy with good carbonation. Out of context, this is a tasty beverage but again, not what I’d call beer without knowing.

Mar 22, 2008 From bottle : Pours clear dark red, with a finger and a half of fizzy pink head. Smell is very strong, sweet, candy like, with raspberrys and cranberrys. Taste is very sweet as well with raspberry and cranberries again, kinda like a jolly rancher. Also kinda sour toward the end. Medium body with a sticky feel. Aftertaste is much the same as the taste. It is pretty good to be honest, but i can only have one, then it is just a little too sweet.

Mar 18, 2008 The cream of the crop as far as raspberry lambics. sweet, sour, perfect balance and carbonation. It is the standard by which all others should be judged.
