Draught. Poured dark red with a pink head. Smells of musty raspberries. Flavor is much the same raspberry fruitiness with an enjoyable strong tartness that takes over the palate after an initial sweetness. An enjoyable beer beer for desert.

Bought at The Wine King in Manasquan. The bottle kinda suprized me with the Cap and a cork. I would have to say that this beer isn’t that bad for my first time rating. It taste like raspberry soda. I would leave this one for the women to drink.

Bottle. Pours a pretty currant red with a small head. Fruit aromas with a slight medicinal note. Bold raspberry flavor that tastes as good as it smell. Very bubbly like a sparkling wine, such as Cold Duck. Very crisp and dry finish. Sweet, sour and tart. I really like this stuff. I’d rate it higher, but its is a bit too sweet.

I’m going to go with the phrase "beer-based beverage" to describe this one as it bears little resemblance to any beer I’ve had before. Nice color and aroma. Good fruity drink.

Pours light and airy with a pink bubbly head. Color is deep amber red. Aroma is fruity and perfume. Taste is rich and complex - sweet, sour and rich fruit, all rolled together. Finishes tart, leaving the palate asking for another sip. Goes great with smooth cheeses (havarti, baby swiss).

finally had this. basically a raspberry tart without any without any of the sweetness or balance. for some reason there was a tremendous medicine taste that would stick around on the tongue for minutes between sips. reasonably sour, but not nearly as much so as the tart. 2.5% is a joke; the only purpose of this is to impress people about the variety in beer.

Not sure how to rate this as a beer. It tastes good and I think I’ve found a nice substitute for champagne and wine coolers but not something i’d choose when in the mood for a beer, better suited as a celebration drink or something to toast with.

Bottle from beers of europe. Aroma is super rasberry, artifical yes, however quite appealing, very sweet, lots of candy. Taste is again very rasberry, pritty much like a good rasberry ice pole, theres notes of lambic backing, however very much muted by the resberry sweetness. I dont mind sweetened lambics as they are far nicer than any fizzy cola or the like. However the 3.61 over all rating is a bit silly.
