Draught. Poured pale red with a thin white head. Raspberry aroma, and a little yeast. Raspberry flavour with a little bit of tartness and hop bitterness. Very light finish. I would drink this combined with a chocolate stout, or over iced cream, but by itself it’s cloying.

still way too sweet and fizzy for drinking, but nice for a toast or mixed drink.

Dec 1, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy ruby color with a decent, clingy, red head that slowly fades. Taste is of raspberries. Is rather sweet, sour and tart. Similar aroma. Good, but too artificial and reminds me of a soda pop.

Nov 22, 2009 Aroma of fresh raspberries. Appearance was red with creamy off red head. Flavor of fresh, tart raspberries. Palate was smooth and slightly lively. A nice dessert\leisure beer, try it with a brownie!

Nov 11, 2009 Pours a dark translucent red. Tiny pinkish head. Minimal retention. Great lacing.
Smell is sweet raspberries. Not much else here at all.
Sweet raspberries hit your tongue, hard. Fresh flavor, not artificial. Slight tartness follows and then finishes nicely sweet.
Great mouthfeel with just about perfect carbonation. Nice and creamy.
I find this to be the most balanced of all of the Lindemans fruit lambics. It is also highly drinkable, for a dessert beer, or anytime.
