Pours a translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is sour apple and lemon. The flavor is very tart with more apple and lemon notes, and as it warms I found myself tasting earth, grass, and hemp notes. Very tasty.

2005 bottle, sample #7 at the 1st CST. Pours a clear lighter golden with a nice fine frothy white head. Dusty funky sour tart, very nice, acidic aroma. Light tangy, slightly chalky, sharp acidic but still very clean flavor, grainy finish, quite enjoyable. Light bodied, sharp palate but softer fine sizzling carbonation.

Bottle. Shared with Owen and Danny. Thanks guys. Pours a slightly hazy orange. Lively carbonation produces rocky white head. This disappears pretty quickly though.Flavours show a little citrus, plenty of sourness and barnyard funk. Some toasted aromas as well but these are very much secondary. Initial flavours show a little of the malt but these are quickly replaced with lemon sourness and a little acidity. Very dry on the finish and quite sour after tastes that hangs in there for a while. wonderful beer.

37.5cl cap and corked bottle. Pours a clear gold color with a thick white head. Aroma of sour fruits as apples and oak. Flavors is very citric fruit and mostly apples and lemons. slight sweetness and a more sour feel with earth notes. A little cramy and light carbonation. Light and easy to drink, a good pleasant gueuze lambic.

Bottle. Cork and bottle cap, a first for me. Hazy apricot pour with a lively, noisy dissapating whitish head. Tangy mushroom compost aroma, definately some rot going on. Has a winey palate with the added carbonation taking the effect to the soft palate and back of the tongue. Definately sour, like a lemon. some sweetness. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange with little head and pungent funk aromas hitting me from two feet away. Closer inspection reveals some sour apple, a little lemon and sweat. Flavor is nice and tart... a bit of a washed out biscuity malt at first, but then waves of lemon peel and sour apples take over. Finish is puckering and lovely. There seems to be a little bit of an oakiness to this as well... certainly something earthy/woody.

Pours clear golden, with a three finger beige head, good lacing. Aroma of biscuit, citrus, apple, grass and some light farmyard notes. Medium-thin body, very tart. Tastes of apple, lemon, green grape, a little bit of biscuit and grass, with more farmyard notes. A strong sour and medium dry finish.
