75cl bottle thanks to Sandstone. Hazy dark gols with a big white head. Funky straw, leather, green apple and lemon aroma. Moderate sourness with light funk, lemon, and some citrus peel. Light bodied and dry feel with medium carbonation. seems on the mellow side for a gueuze, but the dryness and acidity are there. Quite drinkable and non-intimidating. I need to get some more of this.

My second iambic. The first was raspberry. Guess I just don’t care for lambics.

Pours hazy orange with a thin white head that quickly starts to disapate. Smells Sour and astringent with pungent notes of grape. Wonderfully refreshing citrus/ Grapefruit sourness. Not grapefruit in the sense of an IPA but more along the lines of the tart/ sourness one gets from eating a fresh grapefruit. Extremely complex and delictable.

Bottle pours hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is very acidic, lemon, oak, woody, and barn yard funky. Medium mouthfeel with a lot of carbonation. Flavor is very tart, sour, lemony, funky, and finishes dry. This is very nice brew. I’d drink this all the time if it were available all the time around here.

Bottle from South Bay Drugs. Pours a somewhat cloudy medium gold with a small off white ring. Nice tart citrus nose with some sour grape funk and light vinegar. A pretty good gueuze overall.

12oz corked bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is light funk, sour grapes and vinegar. The taste is lemon juice, white wine vinegar, yellow grapefruit and more light funk. Mouth puckering sour with a medium prickly body. Decent stuff.

From a bottle poured a hazy amber color with a good amount of head. Nice tart flavor with a lingering finish.
