Taste is sweet at first, closes in quickly in a puckering way, dru finish. Complex, sour grapes, paint thinner and bile. Thin body with good carbonation. This is a complex and not so accessible beer, not my favourite style but I’ll give it points for being complex. hombrepalo (773), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Flavor is dry fruits with some sour hints. Overall quite a sweet Gueuze in my opinion. A bit sticky palate afterwards. Nice finish to a tasitng. Aroma: Oak and yeast.
Taste: Oak, lemon juice and funk.
Mouthfeel: Juicy and puckering.
Overall: Very good and very sour. Would be enjoyable with a fruity dessert or on a hot summer day. jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 17, 2009 Aroma is par with other decent sours, but it is lacking a little in the way of taste.. Tartness is light in the taste. High carbonation. hapjydeuce (771), Del Mar, California, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2009 Bottled at OBriens with Katie on Valentines Day ’09. It was either this or Consecration, but being pretty damn sauced aleady, we figured it a good idea to go with this to have the fortitude to drive home. Hazy orange color with a bit of yeast sediment and a large and frothy white head. Plenty of carbonation. Aroma is white grape with lemongrass and some light yeast biscuit with lactobacillus. Flavor is quite simple with more lemon citrus and earthy hay notes finishing things up. Overall, lacks complexity and is fairly one-dimensional. Enjoyable. boFNjackson (1302), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2009 Bottle... Poured golden with a white head. Citrus aroma with also some yeast maybe. Insanely dry palate, with flavors of sour lemon and an earthy, grass-like character too. DrHomolka (728), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 12, 2009 750. Pours a hazy golden with a bone white head that has pretty good retention for the style. Aroma is nice soft funk, Orval-like, a lot of Brett B character, moreso than most Gueuzes. Lemon, grapefruit-rind, earthy, slight pepper, Barnyard and overall funk is low. Flavor is brightly acidic and citrusy, dry, champagne like and white wine. Nice. Lots of lemon, This is a fine lambic. I would not choose it over a Cantillon or 3 Fonteinen or Oude Beersel but it’s definitely better than this brands fruit offerings. mwelsh13 (483), Maryland, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 10, 2009 750 mL pours medium golden yellow with orange highlights. Big sour aroma, like overripe lemons, oranges, and limes mixed. Medium body, but a bit on the thick side. Easy drinking with a good amount of sourness. Slight funky yeasty flavors. Nice gueuze. Went well with pizza tonight. My wife made me laugh, "Smells and tastes like farts!" If thats what farts taste like, I am in heaven.
