750ml bikesandbeer and I bought together aways back, shared with him and dalekliz and my gf cyn. Pours orange with an off white head. Nose is lightly funky and sweet. Taste is pretty guezy with a nice lingering sour aftertaste. Overall a good gueze, not quite the depth of a greta gueze but a good one none the less.

A hazy dark yellow colored beer, with a small wit head. It disappears very soon. The aroma is very good, acidulous, woody and some bread. Notes of fruit. The taste is light sour, oak wood, fruity of grapes and some bread in the back. The aftertaste is light sour and lingers for a while. A very good geuze

Bottle, Barleycorns, Nantwich. Quality label. Poured a hazy orange with a disappearing white head. Aroma packed with apple; citrus, haybale and champagne notes. Beautifully balanced sourness in the flavour which started fruity and tart then mellowed in to a soft dryish finish. Cabronation quite lively but not overpoweringly so. Worked well in the context. Fair bit of lingering sediment. Need to lay a few of these down in the cella. A class act.

Poured hazy orange/amber with loosely packed white head. Nose is super funky, indicative of the style. Dry grass and hay with some flinty tones. Palate is somewhat surprising compared to my previous lambic experiences. Most notable is the broad flavour profile. Its much the same as the nose but quite tame tartness gives the impression of being fuller, with a long, flavoursome finish.

750ml corked bottle, 4 years old or so in the bottle. This is an excellent example of a Lambic. Murky, orange-amber color. Sweet, tangy, and tart flavor. Funky farmhouse hay and brutal green apple sourness. It has mellowed in some respects, a little more creamy, but is still in absolute top form and could be aged for several more years. Cider like in some respects. Tons of intense citrus flavor notes. A classic.

[Bottle] Pours a hazy straw gold with a large off white head. Aroma is tart apples, barnyard funk, and a little vinegar. Flavor is very, very sour. Some typical lindemans sweetness, apples, and a touch of lemon juice. Very good.

Cloudy orange with large fizzy head in tulip glass. Aroma is outstanding, sour and cidery with some yeasty, earthy tones, and perhaps some of the fruitiness of a tripel style ale. Flavor is striking, cidery and vinegar sourness, with bright carbonation. A bit overwhelming at first but with small sips, the beer can be appreciated, especially the pleasant long cidery aftertaste. The mouthfeel is well balanced between carbonation and creaminess. Not a daily drink, but well worth a try.
