Really great nose - tart, lemony, musty, with an aspect of cheese and flaky bread. Flavor was pretty tart, some lemon, a bit of cheese, with a slight lingering sweetness, very slight, barely enough to be noticable. Really good, much better to my taste than 3 Fonteinen Geuze, about on par with alot of Cantillon offerings. pumpkinheart (63), Aurora, Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 22, 2008 750 mL bottle into Tumbler. Bottle from 2005. Pours a misty yellow with a white head, although the head doesn’t stick around long. Aroma is tart fruitiness that tickled the nose a bit. Flavor is indeed the requisite sour; wet hay and grapes left out too long, but there is a slight, slight sweet buried underneath it all. As the drink warmed the tart increased, but so did the sweet. Very clean and very dry in the mouth. Went well with the fresh fruit we were enjoying. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA

Medium cloudy yellow orange with no real head. Very watery. Tart and sour but watery. No real funk or depth comes out. Too thin and it just doesn’t really float my boat. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 13, 2008 This fine, elegant beer has something of a geuze and something of a luxe-pils. I do not consider it as a "hard" geuze while it is very drinkable. But it is a geuze. JohnnyJ (1350), Carlsbad, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 11, 2008 Lindemans finally did something right here. Pours a hazy straw gold/orange with fizzy head. Citrus, lemon zest, barnyard funk, sour green apples, floral herbs, a bit of berries, and sourness. Finishes dry. Now this isn’t a great gueuze, but it is still good. charcot25 (181), Cordova, Tennessee, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Apr 10, 2008 Slightly hazy orange with abundant Belgian lace. Has a lovely tart aroma. The flavor is of citrus, Brett and hay. Finishes dry, dry, dry. My first geuze but it won’t be my last! heavy (852), Split, Croatia
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 7, 2008 04/04 0.375 l bottle at Hopdevil, Zagreb. Poured pale orange to yellow body with medium white head that lived quite short. Very impressive aroma, sour of course, herbal, lemony, spicy, pretty complex. Sour flavor, bit vinegar, white whine, very pleasant although pretty simple. As with all lambics, this is fairly carbonated, which is nicely felt on palate. Finish is not long, but nice, mouth pickering, completely follows the flavor. I really like this one a lot, obviously they’ve made good effort to brew this one.
