Bottle. Pours a deep hazy orange body with small fizzy white head. Aroma is strong tart. Taste is extremely tart with notes of sour and some vinegar. Champagne like mouth feel, maybe some fruity notes.

Bottled, 375ml at Brassins, Brussels. Brownish amber with no head. The good old tart lemony tangy flavour from a very good lambic, apples & pears, rather like a sharp perry. Cracking teeth stripping stuff.

750mL Bottle -- Beautiful light amber color with a white head. Didn’t get much on the nose aside from the obvious sour lemon. Lemon, apple, and a slight musty cellar vibe come through taste wise. Razor sharp acidity which is quite nice. Light with a lasting sourness.

Bottle from The Party Source. This was my first gueuze, and like the faro, I need to try it again or a few more from this style to get a better understanding. Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Active carbonation. Aroma of lemon, sour apple, and something vaguely chemical. Flavor follows suit, and finishes dry like a champagne.

375 ml bottle - hazy, straw gold with funky nose; tart apples, lemons and grainy sweetness; quite nice, but not nearly as interesting or complex as the 3F oude in a side by side

Aroma is sherbety with some grapefruit and sparkling, crisp citrus. Flavour is sour, stewed apple giving off to a woody, crisp champagne.
